Lamina ThermalCool™ Heat Sinks
Lamina LED light engines provide very efficient transfer of heat from the individual LED die to the heat sink and an LED die junction temperatures at or below maximum rated temperatures should be maintained. Additionally, a heat sink with sufficient cooling capacity must be selected to maintain the LED die junction below the maximum rated temperature.
