Environmental Compliance Information
Lamina Lighting only manufactures products that are environmentally-friendly and energy efficient. In doing so, Lamina’s Lead (Pb) Free and RoHS compliance programs help to avoid the introduction of lead-based products into the environment while continuing to comply with the current toxic substance legislation requirements such as Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliaments and that of the Council of January 27, 2003 which relates to the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment or typically referred to as RoHS.
Notwithstanding, compliance and material disclosure throughout our supply chain is required for suppliers wanting to qualify components delivered to Lamina Lighting or our contract manufacturers.
For more information on WEEE, RoHS and the other materials legislation, please visit the European Commission Site.
